What type of insulin do you take and how do you take it? There is no reason why, with a little help from your doctor, you can't get on the right program for you.

Change your diet to low glycemic index foods. That will help regulate the blood sugars, and will assist in weight loss.

There is a diet program that is designed for diabetics that I use. It can be downloaded from CNET.com. It is called the desperation diet. Go on the site and type the program name into the search box at the top and then download it. it is free. The program has an extensive glycemic index table in it that will help.

The only things I find at CNET.com are registery cleaners for my computer. Is this the correct site?

You have to type the name of the programs into the search box at the top. It will take you to the page where you download it.
