Does anyone know of a good cheap coupon website? I need all the help I can get with my groceries and cleaning supplies. I don't eat out, and I need cheap meals I can cook fresh. I don't have any discount stores near me, and I already get the things that are available from the local dollar stores. Once I do that, my options are: Wal Mart, K mart, Ingles, Publix, and Kroger. I go to Kroger's 10 for 10 sales, and I watch for specials and coupons. Does anyone have any good ideas that I haven't thought of?

You might want to try looking at some on the specials in the grocery section of Amazon.Com. Yes, they sell groceries! Most of the items they sell are ones that do not require refrigeration and can be purchased in bulk. You can get free two-day delivery on everything you order from them for an additional $75 a year using the Amazon Prime program. As long as you plan on shopping ahead of time and are good at digging through the best deals, you can actually end up spending less than you would going to the grocery store for many items.

set up a separate email and account for the registration on all of the food sites so you don't get overwhelmed, some of the forums for coupons have daily posts about the things that members find. you'll get coupons emailed to you and also some things in the mail.

try to match your coupons with sales and watch for register rewards like Meijer has. Once they had a sale for heinz catsup for 1.00 a bottle and there was a buy 5 heinz products get a 5.00 coupon, I stopped on my way to and from work and ended up with 50 bottles of catsup for 5.00 that week.

last week there was a sale on soup, 8 for 10.00 and I had several soup coupons that totaled another 7.25 off so those 8 cans cost me 2.75

Do you have any local farmer's markets near by? I find my veggies and fruit from there are far less expensive. Even shopping on line for somethings can turn out to be a blessing. I use for somethings like quinoia and chia seeds.

I also use Red Plum for coupons
There is one by Johnson and Johnson called Right at home you can sign up for for your cleaning supplies
Coupon Cabin is okay.
Smart Source is the same as in your sunday paper

You can always go to the producer of a product that you like and see if they have a coupon section or offer. You will be amazed at how many of them do.

Our Publix offers a lot of Buy one get one Free items every week. Sometimes I don't use any of them, but other times I am over joyed. Specially with olive oil and things like that.

The other thing is to find out if there is a saving's day at the store. I have a local health food store that wants you to shop on Tuesdays, so they offer 10% off my entire order. AND if I bring in one of my own "green" bags, I get .10 off for every bag they fill. Not much, but it helps.
