I do not know if anybody knows about the Walden Farms website, but it allows you to order sugar free carb free and calorie free food items like peanut butter, jelly, BBq sauces, chocolate sauces and much more. I hope you enjoy, and thanks to KC_Type2 for reminding me about that website. Hope this helps anyone who misses out on the food you enjoy.

i tried a walden farms salad dressing and it had 237 mg of sodium. when i asked the doctor she said not to eat it. so i have gone online and typed in very very low carb recipes and have found alot of recipes of all types including salad dressngs that have very low carb and low sodium. i am making a recipe box with these. when i try 1 and i like it i put it into the box if i don't like it i throw it away. if anyone is looking for a low carb recipe for anything let me know and i will put it here for you.

I tried a number of sugar free and other similar products after I was dx and for me they are not worth it. I don't like the taste texture or cost for most of it. There are a few exceptions but for the most part I would rather have less of the real thing than more of the fake and bake.

I checked the site, it is pretty much all dressings, sauces and syrups…not your regular foods…just like OP said..

I went to Waldenfarms.com, and they ARE promoting many of their products as fat free, calorie free, sugar free, gluten free ect. I wanted to check the ingredients and the nutrition labels to see what's in there, but there's not a way to look at the labelling except to order the product.

Darn! Looking at the site made me hungry! Gonna need to cook my supper soon.

On any page you will find the nutritional information. On the left hand side of the page, in the sidebar in the last one at the bottom you will see an entry for nutrition information: the food label as well as the ingredients. :)

There is no such thing as sugar free, carb free and calorio free foods
you can have one or the other but not all three.
There are lots of foods out there that you can have that are real foods you need some carbs and fats .
Good luck and have fun

Well their products have none, so I am just saying what they are promoting. You can check the website out, I don't think they could promote it as no everything if it isn't but I guess I will check into that
