Blood Sugars

I still have trouble with blood sugars when I get active. Sometimes it goes up next time drops out. I have lose weight, I'm wearing 4 sizes smaller jeans. What do I need to do to stop this BS crap of up & down?

I am afraid that there is no magic reason. Do you test before you exercise and then 30 minutes after you are finished? That is how you are supposed to test. Sometimes if your levels are too high, the reverse happens and we go higher. For me, I found I went up usually if I exercised in the morning, but I would drop if I exercise in the evening. It is finding what works for your body.
