Blood Sugars

I am having a rough time getting my blood sugars down to the 90's. I did have a handle on it, them something happened, not sure what. I need to get my diet back on track. Seems like snacking throws me off track.

Can anyone relate?

I am going to start excersing soon. I am really looking forward to that.

Our bodies are in a continual flux and things are always giving us grief. I am sure the exercising will help you a lot, just finding the best time to do it will be your next challenge. I used to exercise in the morning but found that evening exercise after meals worked better for me.

I am having the same problem I have a hard time not snacking on peanut butter when I'm bored. Which makes my sugars a little higher than I like, but still normal. Good luck with your sugars

My bs stays between 80 and 120 depending on what I eat. Check the carbs in your snacks and be careful on how much you eat, that works for me.
