I thought I have everything under control with my eatting habbits but now I turn and look at these past few weeks I see myself putting almost everything I see in my mouth not so much as junk but alot of furit nuts yes some chips and soda water melons ects can someone tell me why!

I agree, you may not be getting enough water or the right foods to keep your sugars stable enough, so your body is telling you to feed it anything in sight! Maybe track your food intake for a week or two along side your sugars, and see if that helps you track some patterns. Are there certain times of day you get these cravings, or during stressful events, for example?

Sisson, I am a junkie, a flour and white carb junkie. I call them the white demons
If I eat just one I go off and eat everything, can't stop. Flour is the worst. I have to stick to good carbs and protien and no cravings. Try it

Some times for me if I dont eat the thing I wish to ie. bad for me) I will seek other food and that just never works for me so if I wish a pice of candy I will have A pice of candy this takes away the craving and I am happy lol Other times it's just that I dont know what my bod needs but it needs something and I start seeeking ,befor I put anything in my mouth I ask me is this what I need ans till I sey yepo thats it I dont eat it.For me the hard part is that its a drink of water 50% of the time lol

I'm not sure, but maybe your not getting enough of the right foods to settle and fill you. Best of luck to you, and I know you will get it under control.
