am wring my recent experience.since last four days could not go for walk.There was no change in my diet.Four days back the sugar before and after meals was normal but after four days it has gone up more than 210.
what i concluded is ,exercise has so much in keeping the sugar level normal

Yes it does and the reason why is that when you body is active you don't need insulin to get the glucose into your cells for energy. So if you are not exercising, the glucose has a harder time getting into your cells. As you exercise more, that glucose leaves your blood stream much easier and it gets used up in your muscles so you are also not converting it into fat. Exercise is the amazing link that so many of us forget about. We are just told to do it, but many of us don't understand why it is so important.

i find that now that im not realy old in age but still not young anymore, i just dont have the get up and go like before. and i know if i eat better and keep my numbers down i should feel good enough to exercise. i just moved into a new home and have told myself that when i get the back room cleared enough to bring down the treadmill i would start up again. just need my husband to move the portable closet to the garage so i can put it down…hope this doesnt sound like im procrastinating.
