I had the same question, and someone suggested to me to try Trop50 made by Tropicana, and I have to say I love it. I also have to say it didn't raise my bs like regular orange juice would do. Hope this helps, let me know please?
Take care and May God Bless You.

I drink Trop50 too and I love it, and it doesn't bother me with my BS. I make sure to drink it slowly and either with breakfast, with some fiber and protein, or with a snack. I don't know for some people might not be a good idea to drink any juice completely by itself.

There are various brands of juice out there. Because of fiber, your best choice is to eat and actual orange but if you are going to purchase commercial juice products (orange or otherwise) the labels on the product will list the calories, carbs, etc. Also pay attention to the ingredients to insure you are buying whole juice and not just juice plus additives. If you can dilute your juice you will give yourself less carbs if that is an important consideration. There are few things that are bad for you in moderation as long as you stick to as natural of products as you can get. You may have to give up some things in order to get other things but a glass of juice is not going to hurt you. Let the labels and your body and your meter tell you what is better or worse for you.
