i love to walk so my husband got me a treadmill cause he knows ive wanted one and i love to watch movies so i figured it will be ok to watch movies and walk on the treadmill but it has been 3 days of it instead of sitting to watch a movie i start of walking then in to a jog then back to a walk at least 2xs a day and now i cannt stand the pain in my legs. im just hopeing after a while i will get use to it and the pain will ease.

It sounds like your mind is racing faster than your body. Start small and think big. Take your time and work up to the speed and endurance. For now 10 minutes then 20 then 30, etc. You'll get there in time but if you push yourself you're going to be in pain and without the motivation. Slow and steady wins the race.
