Happy day Max2slim,
To God be the glory that you have let it be known the desires of your heart. You may say what am I talking about ? The fact that you ask for help is one of your desires you are letting it be known that you need help. God says you have not because you ask not. Be blessed & know that you are highly favored in the name of Jesus. 1 day @ a time 1 step @ a time.

Just like Willbwell said, walking just a little each day will make you feel better and help you build up your energy.

I am still confused too, so you're not alone. I find walking to be my answer and it doesn't cost a thing. My doctor did tell me that a serving size is the size of your fist. I feel like I'm eating like a bird, but I hope to get used to it. Good luck and even if you walk for 30 minutes a day, you will notice that you'll feel better.
