I found it interesting that they say it is harder to reduce your A1c once you start to have lower numbers. Like it says it is easier to go from an 8.5 to a 7.5 than it is to go from a 7.5 to a 6.5. So to those of us who have the lowers A1c numbers I take my hat off to you for doing such a good job.

I really dont kno wat is my A1c is really I haven't seen my diabetic doctor in 6yrs

You really should make an appointment to see your Dr. and have an A1C done.

I have to agree. How are you getting your meds? My doctor won't allow me to get refills without a lab test and a visit at least once a year.
