I checked it out. Just more of the same ADA misinformation that is not helping control type 2 diabetes and just adding to the confusion.

Examples:(from the site)

Myth: All white foods are bad.

Fact: There's no such thing as "bad" versus "good" carbs. The low-carb dieting craze has triggered persistent "bad carb" rumors. Carrots, beets, bananas, and anything white have been falsely accused of raising blood glucose higher than other carb sources.

The recipes I checked had highly processed grains and sugar.

Simply using your blood glucose meeter and testing befor and after eating different carbs will show you there is a big difference between carbs.

They are stuck in the ADA myth that all carbs are the same.

I would rate this site no stars and a definate two thumbs down.

I will check this site out tonight. I love learning so much. I have been filling my Doctors in on all the stuff I'm learning. ( MAYBE I'LL TEACH them SOME THING) (LOL)!!!!!
