Hello ya all,
some of us were talking about the must have munchies. I love popcorn and I like it with butter as most of us do. My girlfriend which is on weight watchers said that she sprays a little of the " I can`t believe it`s not butter on hers" so I did try it last night, wasn`t bad at all, but I`m not going to lie, I did but real butter on it ): bad girl, but !! only had a small bowl full..

As much as I used to love eating popcorn with butter or coconut oil especially when at the theater, I no longer eat it. It fills up my stomach too fast and too much and makes me nauseated. I am grateful for that nausea feeling as it is just another fattening thing to take off my list of likes and dislikes.

Happy day 22 froggy,
I to am a big popcorn lover (not as much as Michael) my husband. But the good thing about it you are eating it w/butter & not margarine. When I do by it & bring hm I have to hide it from him when it comes to somethings he has no self control. Then there is other things I don't even have to say do in moderation. But hey it's all good something else added to the list of being a good wife. Stay blessed & know that you are highly favored in the name of Jesus.

Working 4 Jesus, & Loving it.

People who tell me that I have the body of a God, I simply say that I use "I can't believe I'm not Buddah"

Oh Ray;
I had to hold my nose with that one. I'm up with a migraine and spotted popcorn. Then I saw your response. I couldn't believe it. By the way my responce is part of a rating system from Spider Robinson's Callihan series. If you like puns, you'll love it. WARNING - Alot of " adult " satire.
On to popcorn with butter. Tried some "lite microwave" stuff today. It wasn't bad, but not movie-house popcorn.

MMMMMM I know what you are saying I love that popcorn … BUT mostly with butter, so until I feel I can control myself, Ive just avoided eating it at all lol. Thats the only way I seem to be able to do things. Stay away and train my mind and then go back with the attitude. I may try that idea tho 22, see if it gives me enough of that butter feeling I need. Well, hope all is doing well, been soooooooooooooo long since I been here,… been doing some denying again lol and surgery.. went well, but I just hurt so bad. Take care everyone and hope u all are having a great start to the new season about to come upon us.

I added a recipe for dehydrated cauliflower that works as a great substitute for popcorn. You just toss it in a little olive oil and the seasonings you choose and it is yummy. Not crunchy unless you get it right off the dehydrator, but it is a nice change and I can eat it! =0)

I am a popcorn lover as well have been for many years. True story doctor brought it in when I was not suppose to eat anything at all, I love the flavor of the pop secret xtra butter flavor. I still add a little more to it and then I also add some popcorn butter salt to it.

Actually, the butter will help curb the spike the popcorn can do. That fat content slows the conversion of the carbs into glucose. So maybe you were not so bad after all.
