It has been 2 weeks ago today since my doctor gave me 2 months to shed some pounds and to get moving, or I will be put on meds. It hasn`t been easy but I have been doing my best. lots of water and i have been on a tomatoe sandwich kick. been feeling a lot better already and think I have lost a couple of pounds. i feel like it anyway. You all have great info: you post so lets keep posting our ideas. Also I love greek yogurt with chopped up tomatoes & cucumbers as a dip for my veggies.
