What do you do when you've reached your max with your insurance for your medication and have to begin to pay out of pocket? Is there any other resources out there for us diabetics. Insulin is not CHEAP…not to mention i take 2 different kinds.

one of the things that happens is you start deciding is doctors appointment versus medicines, or medicine vrs food. Medical emergency vrs rent. All I can recomend is check with the manufactures of your medications. Many have a low cost/no cost or coupons for their drugs. Check with they check with the different companies, and so far I haven't gotten any spam. Talk to the different family members here. Sometimes someone here has a great idea.
Heres a couple of (((HUGS))) to help. Sometimes that is all that can be offered on days that the depression makes responses sarcastic. Please excuse me. I hope one of the actual responses help.

Insulin can be very cheap depending on what you take. If you exhaust other options you could always talk to your doctor about switching to NPH or regular so you could pay about $35 or so for a vial.
