Tired of dealing with it, nothing seems to work, including self medicating. It get's to the point where I wouldn't mind sawing them off myself. The only time the pain diminishes is when I finally get to sleep, and as soon as I wake up, it's right back again.

I am so sorry to hear about the pain you're in. I agree with newbie51 on getting a medical team involved in diagnosis and treatment. Chronic pain like that should be addressed without the self-medicating. If nothing else, ask for the good stuff. I hope the issues resolve themselves quickly and that you're back to your usual wild self soon. Keep us posted!!! You're part of our family now.

Thank you, for your concern and understanding, It's hard to explain the details of the pain, because it's not a gun shot wound or stab wound. The fact that you can only describe the pain, hinders the diagnosis. Constant pain in the feet with shooting pains from the legs, and into the feet it's not visual. "It sucks"

I would ask the doctor about it. My Mom has fibromyalgia and she hurts like that.

I hope that MOM feels better, however, my diagnosis is Peripheral Neuropathy, I'm not entirely clear what the differences are, but pain is pain, and hopefully, she can find the right meds to manage her pain!, Heartfelt,

With Fibro you can still hurt with bed. That's actually most people's worst time as you are putting pressure on a lot of the pressure points. I have meds for the Fibro that I only take in bed and usually have to take them part way throught the night again. Sounds like something that might be muscle related if sleep helps. Can only reiterate, check with Doc. Over the counters can mess with your Diabetes, I learned that the hard way.
