Went to see my Diabetes Ed. And this is what she sead. I'm not eating enough in some meals. She also sead that I am loosing wait way to fast. My recommended weight for my build is 170. I weigh 180 now. My carb count is allowed up to 75 per Meal and 18 per snack. I was eating less then 55 to 65 carbs per meal and starving and only 15 per snack. She thanks the reason I am sick in the morning is because my suger is low in the morning. So now I have to test first thing in the morning and after dinner meal. So I only need to test twice rather then 6 times a day for now. Better for me fingers. LOL. Then she asked me what scares me the most about diabetes and well I told her only 2 things and that is going blind and or death. So anyways I can eat alittle more and I only need to poke my finger twice a day.
I am back to lifting wieghts again but I'm not as young as I was when I was in the Army so next time I hit the bench I think I will leave the 250 lbs alone and drop it down to 150 lbs. I feel like I've been hit by a truck right now. Sore sore sore. OUCH!!!!
