Low in Fiber

I have a condition where I can't have fiber because of digestive problems.Any suggestions?

I have a high phospherous and fibers and whole wheat products are a big no-no for me… Any ideas?????

The Chia seeds are not wheat and that is what makes them so great. They don't add sugar to your BG levels, do cause the bloat and they don't add flavor to your food. There are two colors, Black is the original chia seed, and there is a white seed that has been developed to be more consistant. You can buy them on line or in your health food store. I have been doing several experiments lately and I am taking a break to get leveled out in what I found works for me. But Chia seeds are going to be my next trial.

I have been reading on Chia seeds. They are very high fiber but they do not bloat you like many other fiber products. Maybe you could ask your doctor about those?
