Personal goal setting, as a diabetic, can be very encouraging, and essential to your good health and well being.
A lower A1c, lowering your cholesterol numbers, lowering your blood pressure daily, losing weight, etc,.
It all results in a "new" and improved, healthier you, one that was created, based on careful measurement and goal setting.
