My son is 5 and we have had our diabetic alert dog for only 2 months and he has helped us so much already. Max, our DAD, wakes me up nightly for routine checks and extra if he thinks Graham is low. We found our dog and trainer at Warren Retrievers. Check out their website and other client testimonials. It is so amazing what they can be trained to do. We hope to get a CGM for Graham, but why not have every option available to help manage diabetes?

A CGM would probably be a better investment since it will give you data and alert you when blood sugar is high and low.
