Friends, this is it, enough. Today I started walking and took my whole family w/ me. My son is 1yr and 6mths and he is very active and LOVES to play outside. The only problem is sometimes I get tired really fast. So, I have decided to get in shape FOR REAL this time! Let's motivate each other I walked/jogged 8 laps today and I feel GREAT!! Whose with me? Everyday we should post what type of cardio we did and try to include your whole family!! SUPER EXCITED!!!

I am in! I will do my best to keep posting about this! I typically get up early everyday and get on the treadmill and walk 3/4 mile and jog 1.5 miles. However, when I am not at home this is a problem. We went camping and took bikes so we went for a bike ride through the state park. We also went swimming in the lake… my boyfriend and I swam across the lake. (We were both varsity swimmers in high school). As for this week, I have yet to get any work out in due to severe pain in my back. I am hoping that the pain subsides so that I can get back into my routine.
Keep me posted!!!! Let's get moving!

Good job! I have been exercising regularly for several months now I think it has helped my numbers more than anything else I do.

Keep it up. I never fail to take my daily work out of brisk walking for 45 minutes. It helps keeps my BG at normal levels with minimum intake of medications. Have you tried ballroom dancing? It's a fun workout routine and also great for socializing.
