Everytime i would go to the diabetic clinic they would put me back on the metformin knowing that my pcp took me off of it because of the nausea, headaches, and other problems. On this last visit I told them that I was not taling the metformin and that my dr took me off of it again. They wanted to put me back on it . I told them that i was not going to take it and that writing out a prescription was a waste. Instead they increased my Insulin.
