Hello there Mays! I am currently using a 3 ring binder, tabbed off, ans keep all of my medical information at hands length. I do this with EVERYONE in my house. I got the inspiration through a medical binder that was designed to help parents with special needs children. The kids have their joint binder tabbed off and Jim and I have our joint tabbed off binder. I even have a section where I keep notes of each medical appointment. If you google "special needs' medical binder, there are a couple of sites. Make the free and downloadable documents to what you need and want. You can pick and choose which ones you want and what style.

That is one site but I will have to look and see about the where I got my forms from. There was a site that offered you a WIDE variety of places and styles you could chose from to download and print. I am also in the process of designing my own around adults (whether one has medical issues or not). I'll have to search and see than get back to you.
