Hey somebody please give me some info! If I bake with whole wheat flour and splenda and egg whites, is it okay to eat baked stuff?

I bake with splenda but sometime it doesn't come out as nice, so I will still eat regualr dessert but I'll watch the portion size & then skip bread, or some other carb in the meal.

The labels are going to help you but also trial and error because while the ingredients may sound good, you may find the combination to be inedible. Wheat flour, splenda and egg whites sounds like the mix for a paper mache pinata.

On the bag of flour it will tell you how menny grams of carbs in that cup
Like if you use 3 cups at 125 gram pr cup total carbs just for flour would be 375 gram then you need to add the cars from all the reast of what you put in
lets say the total is 400 and you get 10 slices each slice will have 40 grams or so
