A New Day

oK, so today is the new day for me. I started my eating rite and excersie and its been wow!!! I ate Uncle Sam's cereal for breakfast. I don't mean to be gross but WOW!!!! I have been going. I had string cheese for snack and lunch I had grilled chicken, beans, and greens. I feel full but will I ever stop goin to the bathroom. Jeez, I'm at work. Anywayz, tommorow I go to whole foods, stock up on more Zevia.

It is going to be a period of time as you explore new food options of what works and doesn't work for you and your body and your BG meter. I can eat some things that agree with me while other things do not. I can eat ice cream (moderation) but bagels will raise my glucose reading higher than my weight. Others have the opposite reaction. The best advice I can offer is to read the labels because there are some foods that sound healthy but aren't. Every day will be a new day and an experience. Success with anything is a journey, not a destination. We're here for you, my friend.

Thanks so much. So far its been an experience, but no lie my jeans are feeling a bit roomier. Lol. I enjoy most of the foods, but it can get expensive. Again thanks for the support I love the people on this forum so much :-)
