Weight Watchers

I have used a modified plan and lost over 85lbs. with Weight Watchers. So I was wondering if anyone else has used them to help with their journey.

My diet (eating plan) contains various WW recipes but also recipes from other sources as well. My wife had lost over 113 pounds on Weight Watchers in the past and was an instructor for them. The plan works! But like anything in life you'll get out of it what you put into it so continue to give it 100%. I'm very pleased to hear of your success. As long as you think low calorie, low carb, low fat and low sodium you'll find weight watcher friendly recipes in many places. Keep us posted and best wishes to you. Yes, I am following the WW plan and watching my carbs. So far I have lost about 35 lbs and I love my leader and support from the class. You're doing an awesome job!

Yes because they preach a few things that wouldn't be good for a diabetic.

It is great when you can get a support group to help you out. I am glad it works and it is one of the most balanced programs out there. Great Job!

I have not used them, but follow a combination of many diet ideas to balance my eating. I was able to loose 60 pounds, though I have more to go. I always stayed away from WW because they were not really a low carb diet. Is that part of what you modified?
