Hi to all,

I'm not new with Diabetic Connect, but I'am new to this community for I
don't think I ever have logged in since I signed up for this program several months ago!!! It wasn't that I didn't want too, but I have a very bad
terrible memory.

My sister, my mom and I are trying to lose weight so what I'm trying to find
out is where can I get a Calorie Counter Chart that I can print off from my computer.

I'am Type 2 with my diabetes.

Any help at all will be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks,

I too use calorieking.com. It allows me to enter everything that I have eaten for the day and see where my carbs are…it also allows you to put in your hight and weight and tells you how many calories you should be eating in a day. Then it also allows you to enter any excersice that you have done for the day and adds the calories that you have burned to your readings…I love it…I paid 40.00 I think for it, but it does have a 7 day trial so you can see if you like it or not.

Good Luck!!

I hope you have a lot of paper! What I would recommend is a trip to the library to review the various calorie counter books in their collection. When you find one that you like, check out ebay, half, or one of the many discount sources for new or used books to get an issue of your own. Try to get the most recent publication that you can because the newer ones should list trans fat where the old ones did not. By the time you pay for paper and ink, you can easily have paid for a good condition book.
