My doc upped my Metformin to 1000mg twice a day, up from 500. Twice so far I've gotten shaky when i've gotten around the 80s, kinda scary bc that's never happened to me before.

I'm thinking of getting an ID charm for my keys or something so if by chance i ever passed out or something ever someone would know etc. Anyone know a good website that doesn't charge and arm and a leg?

You can get a free diabetes emergency necklace. Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with a note stating you would like a free diabetes necklace to:

I am use Creative Medical ID. I buy products from them all of the time. When you buy from the, you get the best quality for what you pay. Which is not bad at all. Here is there web site: www.creativemedicalid.com. They also have car drive side window decals that also indetifies if the driver is diabetic in the vehicle as well. My husband ordered me one for when I am driving. Since I VERY FREQUENTLY have to go to Children's Hospital where I live. Best of wishes to you in getting what you are looking for.

I ordered recently from Laurens Hope. She has a very nice assortment, filled my order immediately; you can have your medical tag engraved with important info, too.

There are many types and many sites, choose very carefully.

My recommendation of type is based on functionality, I prefer the USB type which allows for much more information both medical and personal to be stored.

They come in both metallic, rubber and plastic, in case you are hypoallergenic.
Bracelets, necklaces, keychains (not my choice), the choice is yours, choose wisely, your life may depend on it.
