how many people here exercise on a daily basis ?
what kind of exercising do you ?

Happy day all,

This is the area that I need alot of pray & to be held accountable. I know I should really want to but let my body take control & don't get up early enough. Then when I come home (now that I am back working) start doing stuff in the house & say I don't have time. 3 days out the week I have ministries @ the church (Tues, Wed,& Thurs). HELP.

Working 4 Jesus, & Loving it.

I do my best to excercise at least 30 mins every day. I rotate my activity through the week, tennis, running, walking, bike, hitting the gym, weight lifting, excercise ball. I'd really like to try my hand at some tai chi.

i try to walk, and now that it's summer i've gotten into hiking. walking is easy — i love going with a friend and walking around town. makes exercise very enjoyable!

I could do more than I do. Wife and I joined the YMCA in January but she's been having health issues so can't do so much right now while recovering. I do add alot of walking to my routine when I can. I'd like to get to 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. I will occasionally sneak in some sit ups, left lifts, bending, etc. when I can.

I try to exercise everyday. I hit the weights every other day no matter what and try to get some walking/jogging in on the other days

I exercise four days a week work in my garden play softball two times a week all this helps with keeping my BS down

Hi there - I exercise every day - I do cardio in the morning and strength in the evening. Helps with the bs I don't always eat what and when I should during the day.

Me too I need to its the only safe way I know how to get and keep the lbs off and keep my Bs in line
