Hi, if you use a cpap machine i have a trick that i have been using. when you put your mask on and it feels like its blowing hot air, i have been putting 3/4 of an inch of distilled water in the water chamber and freezing it, when i go to bed i put in on the cool air don't dry up my nose and it feels like i can breath easier and i sleep all night.

That's a great tip. I have the CPAP but refuse to use it. I don't think it's set correctly. I am going to head for another sleep study when things around me settle down just a tad. I went for the first one but now it's been other issues that have that objective on hold.
