G-d loves me deeply, so of course, I was born and raised in Oklahoma. The intervening years have been spent as a citizen of the world, and finally, I have come to New Mexico - which I fell in love with as a teen - for the rest of my life.

I'm from the U.S. Was born and raised in California. Moved to Oklahoma for 3 months, right before I turned 21. Came back to Cali. Then in my late 20's, met my hubby, and we moved back and forth between Cali and Arizona a couple times. We then went from Arizona to Indiana, and now I'm in New York! LOL True story!

I am in the United States. I was born and raised in Framingham, Massachusetts (that is about 25 minutes from Boston)… I am living in Blackstone, Massachusetts now (that is about an hour from Boston).

Are you close to Colbert county AL? (Tuscaloosa area, AL) My paternal grandparents, the Colberts, are originally from there - migrated to TX in the late 1800s in covered wagons & on horses.

I'm currently living in Salem, Oregon. I grew up in Portland the city of roses. I'm liking Salem I've been here for 3 years now. The cost of living is cheaper here. Oregon is one of the most beautiful states in the union. Lush and green. And I love the rain.

Ahhh, you remind me of my favorite John Denver song. I was in Norfolk, VA for a time while in the Navy. It was winter & on our ship, it was as cold as a froggie's butt then! :o)

Wow, that description triggered a lot of memories for me. That's the whole area my mother used to reminisce and tell me about as a child. She moved there as an adult, but always would talk about it with longing after she and my father moved to Southern California for his health. He lived another 36 years after being diagnosed with black spots on his lungs .. who knows what that was about, but the docs said to move to the desert.
