I work outside in the smothering heat all day long like 8 to 10 hours a day. I am 6'7", 222lbs and I am a type two diabetic and I am having trouble keeping my energy. I drink plenty of water, gatorade, and poweraid but they just don't do the job. I don't eat like I'm suppose to b/c I just don't have an appetite. I know that is one of the problems but if I don't feel like eating a meal, what are some other foods that I can eat to give me energy that wont feel me up.
