My name is Silvio
I'm new to this website
I am also a diabetic but I try to regulate my life
my health, and this line-ahead.
On the other hand I want to comment that I am Chef
and since my illness I try to work with Healthy Recipes
exitentes recipes or recipes to transform under
sugar, not only if you have sweeteners, but not
forget that there are many vegetables, fruits
contain sugars and we must be careful.
Anyone who has any questions about food
or recipes, or nutrition, I can connect and I am aquy
to help

Hi Silvio,
Welcome to DC! How exciting to know a chef who can really help with some of these questions. I have one now. Sometimes I crave a fruity sweet. Is it better to go ahead and eat the fruit or make up something with some sort of sugerless sweetener? Personally, I think the fructous (?sp) in the fruit is better for me than regular sugar or something with a higher carb count any day.
