She went into surgery around 8:30am. They said it would be 40 minutes or so. She came out at 11am. They were very vague in why it took so long. He had to move one of her nerves to allow it to stop being pinched. However, she is in a lot of pain right now…she can feel everything in her foot, the cut, the stitches, the pain, but not her toes. We are very concerned as to if this is a problem or just part of the meds used to numb her up today. She has been asleep on and off for the most part of the day. I promised to post this earlier and she ask that i just say she is fine and leave it at that. BUT, after reading what you guys have said to her, I think you should know there may be some problems, although we have faith that there may not be we are expecting the worst hoping for the best. All in all, she is doing well, and can actually walk a little bit. She was told to stay off it for 3 days but if you know her like i do, she will be washing dishes when she is no longer groggy lol. Hope you all have a blessed night and thank you so much for the prayers and thoughts you sent with her today! God did a wonderful job as he always does! Thanks again

Mark and Juliie
Just add me to the many praying. Waiting to know what is related to the effects of surgery and meds is nerve racking. Make sure to take time to heal. Everything else can wait. It can be almost has hard waiting to heal as waiting for the surgery.

Mark, thanks for the good news about Julie! That is a wonderful report. If you are concerned about her washing dishes, I guess you may have to buy a dishwasher. HA!

Give Julie our best!!
