I haven't been feeling well the last couple of days. I have Type 2 Diabetes. Can't seem to keep anything in my system. What can I eat to feel better? A list of healthy snacks would sure help out some. Blood count today is 98 and yesterday it was 215. To late to call Doc. When I found out I had Diabetes-blood count was 1300. I just can't seem to get a handle on all this. Please help if you can. Plus-having stomach pains again.
