Hi Lady's
I have been noticeing some changes in me in the last few day's and it's scarying me and I don't know what's going on and I don't have my mother to talk to any more she past away 10 years ago this December. So I am asking the lady's that have gone threw this or are going this would like to be my mom or big sister. I have stop taking some of my pain pills so I don't if that is the reson or my shoulder because of the pain that I am in 24/7 during the I sweat all over but at night I coold. So please let me know what it could be or could it be the diabetes . Thank you Penny

I read that calcium and vitamin E can help with the menopausal sweating. As for the shoulder issues, a doctor might be a good person to talk to especially if he's holding a prescription pad.

Looks like you missed a few words in your thread but I think the jist is that you have shoulder pain? Could be frozen shoulder, very common as we get older for both men and women. Sweating during the day could be hot flashes, menapause can effect everyone differently. Or it could be withdrawl from your pain pills. Depends on what you were taking and how long you were on them. I swing between being cold at night and sweating myself.
