I don't have any of those! That is a surprise. I like the 6 Ingredients or less and the Whole Foods Cookbook. This is great, thank you for sharing.

Thanks for this link. I love to cook and it's nice to have a list of cookbooks all in one place to give me an idea for substitutions in other recipes I have to make them diabetic friendly once I get started on converting. Cookbooks are a great way to learn how to substitute ingredients!

I want to thank you once again for the website link. I was able to cruise around the site more this morning for a list of books for my "to do" list. Because I am a cheap middle aged man, I usually pre-screen books from my local library and then go on the search for the best pricing through several price comparison sites that I use when I find "keeper" books.
