Well, did some measuring today. I have lost 25 pounds in the last few months and then leveled off for awhile. However, I noticed that over the last month, I have pants falling off. So, I measured today: I lost 1.5 inches in my waist and 3 inches in my hips!!!!!

Another plus to losing weight.

While it isn't exactly a resolution I added measuring my waist and hips to my routine the beginning of this month. I figured I'd do it the 1st of each month along with my weight and see how things "measure" up after a few. Will see in a couple more weeks how the 1st one goes and may decide to do it more than 1x a month. Since I started PT a couple of months ago I have lost about 5 lbs so know that I'm going in the right direction but did want another way to help keep track of where I am also so that's why the measures :)

Congrats on your loss :)

Wonderful! I hadn't thought recently about measuring, but I had the same problem. I received a belt from my husband just so we could walk in the mall!! I will add that in to my routine.

Fantastic!!!! It's all about the inches because the pounds will eventually catch up. Enjoy the rewards of your hard work, and keep it going!!!

CONGRATS!! yep, those inches come off too. I went from a size 12 to a 8, stayed there a few months, and then to 6 sometimes wear 8's depending on how things are cut, and the style. Keep it up!

That is the best scale! Don't you just love it!

I didn't weigh myself for a long time and had to actually buy clothing two sizes smaller. I need that to happen again, but at least I have not out grown those new ones I bought and that is always good news.
