I have figured out a way to work out and never get bored. Also, many times people say that they have reached a platue with their work outs, meaning they stop seeing results.
Over the weekend I was looking thru some helath magazines and each one had a work out routine or at least one excersice. Then it dawned on me! What if I took a magazine a day and did the workouts inthem. then the next month, do the next months workouts. I would never get bored and neither would my body.
