I decided to try something new,
1. whole wheat wrap
2. chopped onions
3. 1 cup of spinach leaves
4. 1 hard boiled egg chopped
5. 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded cheese
6. top with your favorite salad dressing
7. wrap like a burrito cut in half and enjoy!
Only has 15 carbs! add a fruit or cottage cheese and unsweet tea or whatever drink your choose.
