My advice is to take baby steps. I noticed my weight loss (23 lbs since January) as I began to change a little at a time. The first thing was to make sure that I eat… especially breakfast! I may just have a yogurt, Atkins bar, or something light. I then eat something every 2-3 hours. I am not talking meals but low cal, low carb, low fat things. I might have a handful of nuts at 10:00 and then a more substantial lunch and then around 2:30 a few low fat cheese sticks and then dinner at 5:00 and then around 7:30 maybe some popcorn or thin lean lunch meat slices. Of course the menu changes. I then started to ramp up a little on exercise whether it's walking or leg lifts or lunges or whatever. Something is better than nothing. I cut out the sugar in pop and coffee. I drink more water. But it wasn't an overnight thing… good things take time. You'll probably find more success as you believe in yourself. We're all here to help with that. Message me if I can help in any way.
