I would like to know if anyone of you go though to were your feet go into a charlie horse mod to were they they will cramp up and the only way that you can release the pain and cramp is to rub it out.
See this is happening to me quite offten and it will even when I am walking , then it is very hard to walk when that happens.

Boy this cramping in your feet really hurt. I was told my potassium was very low. So, I look for things in my daily diet to kick up the potassium and stay very hydrated. Since I am aware of this, this has not happened for a long time. Bananas just didn't work for me…that's what I used previously.

Oh this used to happen to me and I was told I needed to eat at least two banana a week. I had low potassium levels. This happens when you have a deficiency of any one or any combination of the minerals calcium, potassium and/or magnesium. It can also happen anywhere you have muscles. I know how painful they are. You may also want to stretch your leg muscles by pointing your toes up and back toward your knees. Hold for the count of 5. Then point your toes away from your body and hold for the count of 5. Do this several times during the day and at bedtime. Give it one week and if supplements and stretching don't work for you, see your doctor. The spasms may have another cause altogether.

That is great info, thanks. I too get that, but it is usually from dehydration. I get them in the summer here more than the winter. My toes point every way from Sunday! Stretching is the only relief.

I have 2 toes on each foot that does it, I thought it would never stop the other day. It cramps so bad, and the toe goes under the other one. I hate it when that happens. I was eating bananas. So, I think it might be something else. It happens at different times, but it seems to last about 10 minutes.

thank you ,
See I get them all the time year round , I have tryed stetching , walking it off. cause some time it will travel up my leg but not as much. So when this dose happen I stop walking and rest and but my feet up to see if that will help. but some times it just has a mind of it owen. I do drink a lot of water to.
I tought that it was caused by me being a little over weight to. or it is just cause by being a diabetic. that is why I was asking.
So again Thank you lol. at lest I know that I am not the only one that has this
