Sounds like you know what you need to do. That's awesome!!! Keep it up!!! The written history will tell you and your medical team what works and what doesn't. I saw a show today about some guy who simply adding walking to his routine and he's lost like 40 pounds or so. Oh, it took time to lose the weight but he was also healthier and happier.
