I recently found a website that I thought I would bring to your attention. It's a free doctor referral and ranking site, completely confidential, where you can share and read information about your experiences with existing and/or potential doctors.

Hello there Ray! I actually took the time to see where my PCP's ratings were at. I was very impressed and interested to see what others had to say about him. There's another site I used and I can not remember, I will have to relocate it and let you know. That was how I was able to pick my new Endo from. Great web site!!!

I believe that the more people know about this site, the better informed decisions patients can get about their physicians… the pros and cons. I wish the site was more heavily advertised for more people to share the opinions on their care and for unbiased referrals. My wife and I have had some odd experiences with some doctors. One doctor, an ENT, addressed ME the whole time that my wife was there for a hearing test and he kept telling me that because she was morbidly obese, she was causing her own issues. It was like she wasn't even in the room. I wish he could see her now… down 115 pounds!!! There was another doctor who couldn't possibly schedule a follow up appointment because his secretary was going on vacation for 2 weeks. WHAT???

This is a cool site. My doctor is not rated yet. My husband's doctor is not rated yet either...hmm, I guess I have some work to do.

My wife has a number of doctors and she's given honest reviews to each of them. I think it's important to share the information of good and bad experiences with others. It's like the CarFax for doctors!!! Show me the DocFax!!!
