Whatever your method, plan, procedure or practice for dealing with, and managing your diabetes, are you having success with it ?

Is it working for you, and if so, how ?

Whatever it is I'm doing is working. Per doctor's orders I have cut out sugar, cut back on carbs, lost weight, ramped up the exercise, and did other baby steps in my transformation for the non-diabetic to the diabetic. I've had some little wins and big wins but it's possible to control the mind, body and soul. Attitude is everything!!!

Yeah it definitely working for me. I am in the best shape I have even been in. I can go against people half my age and work them into the ground. My outlook is great and I look forward to every new day.

For the most part it is working, my A1C is 5.3, no complications, thank God for that. But there is always room for improvement. I have learnt so many new things on this site, that I can use for even better control and it has helped me to see that I am not a victim, but in many ways blessed to have this disease, it has made me take better care of myself. to be more aware of how my body works. And one more thing having a positive out look on life really does help. So I think people should stop complaining about being a diabetic, embrace it and take care of yourself. Enjoy yourself!!

I agree with you.
Knowing how your body actually works once it's off of autopilot is quite a refreshing learning experience, it's all up to the individual to get best out of themselves based on what they put into themselves.
