I too like the mayo w/olive oil and citrus. Weight loss is extremly hard for me. The new sandwich thins help w/the mayo to have a guilt free sandwitch.

I use the olive oil mayo by Hellmans. I also will mix unflavored greek yogurt with spicy mustard and some spices. It has the consistency of mayo and taste pretty good. It depends on what I am using it for as to which one I choose.

I like the olive oil may from Hellmanns too, and now they have one that has a hint of citrus. It adds a lot of sparkle to my cucumber sandwiches. I like that one as well. Like others have said, when you measure out a table spoon, you will find that it is plenty for a sandwich. Sometimes I even use ranch dressing. I eat a lot of veggie sandwiches, and that is good on them.

I agree with Julie. Just use common sense when you make your sandwich or whatever it is. The common portion size on mayonnaise is 1 tablespoon. So, just use a tablespoon, not more. You, of course, can always split it in half (like I do), but you don't have to switch to low-fat anything as long as you watch your portion sizes. If you have high cholesterol you might want to cut down on how many portions of certain foods you have.

I dont think you have to cut out mayo or go to low fat…its all about how much of it and everything else you eat that will help you loos weight, you would be surprised at how much you can loose…just by eating the right size servings…and you would be surprised at how small they are…but they fill you up and you get used to eating alittle instead of alot. our eyes are allways bigger than our stomaces.

They just came out with a mayo using Olive Oil. My doctor was telling me to try this oppose to the other Mayo's that are out there. I do believe Hellmann's makes this one. It tastes pretty go to me.

I know I am going to get a lot of flack for this, but I never eat low fat anything. I eat the full fat version. Less carbs and tastier too. Eating fat does not make you fat. By eating the way I do I have managed to lose over 60 lbs and keep it for for over three years now.

I agree. I sometimes use reduced fat things but mainly for the consistency of them, the full fat is too thick or moth thick enough for example. When you really look into it there is not a great deal of evidence that shows low fat diets are really very good at helping you lose weight, reduce cholesterol or help heart health.
