Hi! I'm impressed! Keep on keeping on. How about looking at the recipes here on DC? They'll certainly be appropriate. I myself have posted snacks and other things here that we diabetics can munch on. And, like Ray says, you don't have to give up everything. You just need to know how to put it together for your own body and when to have it during the day.

First of all congratulations on what you've done! That's awesome!!! You should know that you don't have to eliminate favorite foods from your meal plan as long as you find safer and saner swaps. Maybe you can't (or shouldn't) have a double chocolate cheesecake with chocolate syrup but there are still some chocolate treats that you can do. Think of what you CAN have instead of what you CAN'T. Think of the weight you've lost rather than the weight left. There are many cookbooks and online recipes for diabetics that will help you cut carbs without cutting flavor. You CAN do it!!! You are more than 1/2 way there, my friend. You got where you are one pound at a time… keep going at that rate and you'll be at your goal.

If the weight lose is essential or desired, I am sure that you will find a way, you have done well so far.

It may require a little more discipline, or a change in method or procedure.
Keep a positive attitude, a little difficulty is what makes a challenge, a true challenge.

Good Luck !
