After it's all said and done, after all the visits to your doctor, all the talks and debates with family, friends and co workers.

After all the ads, commercials, websites and prayers, it all comes back to this one person:


Only you can manage your diabetes, it requires commitment from you, to you, to help create a healthier you.

The sooner you start, the more dedicated you are, the quicker you will reach your goal.
(As long as it's an honest, realistic one)

Hello there MAYS! I agree with you 100% with this whole blog. We are the only ones who can do this. We're the ones who have to put the pills in our mouth, inject ourselves, and change our pump insets (catheters). We put the food in our mouth—no one else. This is a good reality check and something to give good thought to.
