You may be in denial right now.

Do you have a friend or family member that can help you at this time? They could help with the medication and eating schedule until you feel you can cope. If not, perhaps writing it down would help. Then you can check to see if you have or have not taken your meds or eaten. You could make yourself a little chart as to day and time, then just check mark when you take your medication. Or, perhaps a timer could be set, it would go off at the appropriate time for medication and meals/snacks. Hope this helps.

I know how you feel. I went through the same thing after I lost my mom.

Just remember you can make it through this. Place your health priority.

First of all, I am sorry for your loss. You could be in denial or one of the many phases of coping with loss. It's important that you do snap out of this phase so you can take better care of yourself. There are grieve counselors that can help you emotionally. Find out from your employer or school about local agencies that can help with that. We can't help with the motivation to care for yourself but we can certainly encourage you on the importance of it. Let me know if I can help you in any way.
