I have been on 5 pills a day for years. I am now determined to lose weight get healthy & get off some of the meds. For 4 months I have been walking 90 to 120 minutes a day & have lost 11 lbs & 31 inches. I also went down to 4 pills a day. Then I joined a gym got a trainer. Now I've gained 5 lbs & not lost any inches! Plus I am back to 5 pills a day.
Some times I get down about it but most of the time it makes me more determined to get moving even more.
