I have been on 5 pills a day for years. I am now determined to lose weight get healthy & get off some of the meds. For 4 months I have been walking 90 to 120 minutes a day & have lost 11 lbs & 31 inches. I also went down to 4 pills a day. Then I joined a gym got a trainer. Now I've gained 5 lbs & not lost any inches! Plus I am back to 5 pills a day.
Some times I get down about it but most of the time it makes me more determined to get moving even more.

I was told once that muscle is heavier than fat. How are your clothes looking? Are they getting looser? That might be an indication of how you are really doing. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the support! I am walking on the treadmill for at least 60 minutes 5 days a week. I am also doing weight training 3 days a week.

Don't feel too bad.
It's common to gain a few pounds when you begin working out, it normally comes from water retention and increased blood flow to your muscles and internal organs, give it a little time and the weight loss will come.

Remember this, You are in control !
Don't lose your determination !

It is frustrating when you try so hard. I walk every night have lost 85 pounds, still need to lose more but it just won't come off. Got down to 190 and there it stays. Just keep working at it and it will get there. Are you still walking as well? If not maybe you should start walking again.
